Refund policy

At Magic of Wool, each piece is handmade with care and intention. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. Because our items are one-of-a-kind and handcrafted, we kindly ask you to review the following policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, you are welcome to exchange your product for another item of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition.

The buyer is responsible for all delivery costs associated with exchanges and returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@magicofwool.com. Pleasse include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Custom or Personalized Items

Custom or personalized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
