LOCAL PICKUP

We are located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. If you live in the area and would like to pick up your order, pleaseĀ use code ā€œLocal Pickupā€ option at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email and a schedule a pickup time with you.

SHIPPING - WITHIN CANADA

  • We offer a $15 flat fee shipping rate for orders within Canada for felted soaps and 3D sculptures.
  • FREE shipping for anyt other products and for all orders over $100.
  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post, within 2 ā€“ 4 business days of your order being received.
  • The buyer is responsible for any returns and exchanges.Ā 

SHIPPING -Ā INTERNATIONAL

  • Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS to United States, within 2 ā€“ 4 business days of your order being received.
  • Shipping charges do not include any customs or import charges that might be added to your order.
  • The buyer is responsible for any returns and exchanges.Ā
