LOCAL PICKUP

We are located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. If you live in the area and would like to pick up your order, please use code “Local Pickup” option at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email and a schedule a pickup time with you.

SHIPPING - WITHIN CANADA

  • We offer a $15 flat fee shipping rate for orders within Canada for felted soaps and 3D sculptures.
  • FREE shipping for anyt other products and for all orders over $100.
  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post, within 2 – 4 business days of your order being received.
  • The buyer is responsible for any returns and exchanges. 

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

  • Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS to United States, within 2 – 4 business days of your order being received.
  • Shipping charges do not include any customs or import charges that might be added to your order.
  • The buyer is responsible for any returns and exchanges.
